The Mongol rally at its core is about doing good in the world. While the ralliers themselves undergo immense character growth, each team also makes a pledge to be living examples of human kindness and charity. Along the way the teams represent their respective countries and cultures to the locals they meet and interact with. Once arriving in Mongolia, our team will also make a donation to the Lotus Children’s Centre orphanage. Many teams also have the opportunity to donate their car to the orphanage or local schools . Finally, our team will also make a donation of at least $825 to the official race charity Cool Earth which will utilize the donation to purchase rainforest land and return it to the indigenous people thereby preserving another piece of nature for future adventures to enjoy.
